I’ve been receiving a lot of emails lately asking about delayed shipments from Norwex. As you can imagine, this is COVID-19 related.
This is due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements and significant demands for Norwex products.
For the time being, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for Norwex to process and deliver orders.
